Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is your home screen in RAMSdoc. It gives you an at-a-glance view of your documents, projects, and team activity.

The dashboard includes:

A list of all RAMS documents in your organisation, with status filters:

  • Draft — documents still being written
  • Pending Review — submitted and waiting for approval
  • Approved — signed off and ready for use on site
  • Archived — no longer active

Click any document to open it in the editor or viewer.

At the top of the dashboard, you will see summary cards showing:

  • Active projects — how many projects are currently in progress
  • Documents pending review — how many documents are waiting for approval
  • Compliance scores — average compliance score across your documents
  • AI credits remaining — how many credits you have left this month

Documents that are approaching their review date are flagged here. RAMSdoc tracks review periods so you can keep documents up to date as regulations or site conditions change.

If any team member has a certification approaching expiry — for example, a CSCS card or first aid certificate — it appears here. This helps you stay ahead of competency gaps before they become a problem on site.

  • Interface risk alerts — flagged risks where multiple contractors are working in the same area

See Supply Chain for more on managing contractor RAMS.
