Most mobile features are site-specific. When you first open the app:

  1. Select your project from the list (or search by name).
  2. Select the site you are working at.
  3. The app loads all documents, briefings, and permits for that site.

If your device has GPS enabled, the app can suggest the nearest site based on your location.

Report near-misses, hazards, or incidents directly from the app:

  1. Tap Report Incident from the dashboard or quick actions.
  2. Select the type: near-miss, hazard observation, minor incident, or major incident.
  3. Describe what happened.
  4. Take a photo if relevant (automatically GPS-tagged and timestamped).
  5. Select the relevant RAMS document if the incident relates to specific work.
  6. Submit the report.

Reports are sent immediately to the project manager and health and safety team. They are linked to the relevant RAMS document for audit purposes.

The app includes a QR code scanner for use with QR code site boards:

  1. Tap the QR scanner icon in the app toolbar.
  2. Point your camera at the QR code.
  3. The app opens the relevant content:
    • Site Safety Info — emergency procedures and assembly point
    • Active RAMS — read-only view of the current approved RAMS
    • Briefing Sign-Off — sign-off form for acknowledging a briefing
    • Report a Concern — quick hazard/incident report form
    • Visitor Induction — short safety briefing for visitors

Workers can also scan QR codes using their phone’s default camera — the codes open in a mobile browser without requiring the app.

The app sends push notifications for:

  • New briefings scheduled for your site
  • Documents requiring your sign-off
  • Permit status changes (opened, extended, closed)
  • Incident reports on your project
  • Document approval or amendment requests
  • Certification expiry reminders

Configure notification preferences in the app’s Settings or in your user profile on the web.
